Job Description: 

(1) Assess client needs and monitor technical behavior of clients’ end users;

(2) Monitor social media usage of clients’ end users and creating scores on social media data;

(3) Develop Proof of Concepts (“POC”) for technology offerings to solve existing client needs and to help client in expanding offerings;

(4) Work with sales and development team to present, demonstrate, and sell POC to clients;

(5) Work with clients for implementation of POC, including creating specification documents and working with clients to get sign off;

(6) Participate in project management and oversee implementation;

(7) Ensure completion of project within budget and within timeframe;

(8) Maintain relationship with clients; and

(9) Guide and mentor and technology teams to develop solution, including providing periodic project review and technological guidance.
Required: 

Master’s in Business Administration plus software development experience; or, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus business experience.
Demonstrated ability in managing projects or clients.
Demonstrated knowledge of the following:
ECM technologies, including Filenet, Sharepoint, and Pega Databases
SQL, Oracle ETL, and Datawarehousing Concepts
BI Technologies, including Cognos and Crystal Reports
Smart Analytics Solutions, such as IBM, ISAS, and Netezza
Technological languages such as .Net and Java

All experience may be gained concurrently.
